You can see on its pages a number of works on forming and using information library resources for the blind, visually impaired and people with other disabilities, conducted in Siberia and other Russian regions. As a result of development of our site, many users show interest in it and the number of its visitors grows constantly. You can learn from its pages about the resources and services available, and the ones are being created now, to provide people with various kinds of disabilities with free access to information, education and values of culture. We are ready to work together with you, exchange ideas and practical approaches for overcoming some barriers which these strong but unusual people have to face. We hope that thanks to uniting our efforts we'll be able to promote better understanding by the public and the state, problems of the people who found themselves in difficult situations because of their physical or sensory impairments.
